Dolphin brains are much larger than human brains and have evolved past humanity’s greatest evolutionary flaw - the need to sleep. That being said, they haven’t been able to accomplish a lot with just their fins. I feel giving some of these bright young aquatic beings a new shot at life is possible. Giving them functioning human or ape arms surgically  will hopefully cause dolphins to eventually reproduce new baby dolphins with their very own dolphin arms and hands with opposable thumbs!  This boost in their anatomy would give them the ability to use tools and really help them get the full potential out of their minds. In addition, they could fabricate new tools perhaps that work best underwater which humanity could benefit from. As well as creating great underwater structures like the fabled “Lost City Of Atlantis”. The use of tools is what separates “intelligent” life from wild life, I truly believe these dolphins are being gipped out of that title simply because of an evolutionary flaw - or what humans might refer to as a birth defect. Said defect could be rectified with enough support! Please dont let these aquatic beings remain helpless under the sea, sign the petition in the hopes that someone somewhere with the correct parts lying around can achieve my dream to give the dolphins of earth the opportunity they need to unlock their full potential and become a dominant species in the seas of earth. (Also think how cool it would be to take a family trip underwater to a city that was built and inhabited by dolphins)
