I feel like schools should have those metal detector things like at the airport so kids can’t bring and a weapon of some sort. There has been too many school shootings due to the lack of security at schools. The shooting that just took place right here in Oxford, Michigan was a big hit for Michigan. It was a very sad day for the whole community. I would like to recognize the 4 people that lost there life, Madison Baldwin (17), Hana St. Juliana (14), Tate Myre (16), and Justin Shilling (17). These were young innocent kids that had a life to live and had plans to go to college and this demonic kid decided to not let that happen, so he decided to take their lives so it wouldn’t be possible for them to go have a happy long live. So I hope this petition can help change how schools are in the future. Also I think the schools need to have more classes for mental health because I feel like they don’t do enough with that. Also I feel like schools should have more active shooter drills so that the students and teachers know what to do if there is ever a real situation we’re someone is in the school that is armed. So what I’m basically saying is that school’s aren’t doing their best to keep kids safe. So making this petition I hope it shows how school’s are right now.
