Change Dress Codes/Male Perception

There is a clear issue in the world, an issue of male perception surrounding women and their bodies. Rape, abuse and domestic violence are catalysts of male perception, and dress code.
Women are constantly told that they are unable to show their body as it 'distracts men'. Women are also often asked, after being raped, what they were wearing. This issue surrounding what women wear and the way male are seen to perceive the clothes. Furthermore, women are taught they have to cover up, whereas men should be learning how to control their actions.
The issue is with the way men perceive women and their clothes, but also majorly with the way men choose to control themselves. In schools, young children get sexualised at the hands of teachers, constantly reminded that 'men cannot control themselves', even though all they are seeing is skin. Yet, male skin doesn't offend women? - This comes down to self-control. Even when going to pools or beaches with schools, young women are told to cover up, yet men elect to go shirtless and wear revealing swimwear.
It is time that schools, workplaces, etc, stop sexualising women and their outfits, and start focusing on the control and maintenance of inappropriate actions completed by men. We need to limit the number of rapes, violence offences and
