Learners have to approximately +/-R200 donation to schools also in some schools (Public) they have to buy types either one or two

So personal recommendation would be schools should say what must parents do most parents they don't afford all this and some schools threatening to return home those kids without back home so this can't be permitted  

We wish sub-district and district and province can intervene in this matter
