Being a parent of 2 kids .I always suffer for reusing school books in our childhood we used to use old books but in recent scenario school is changing syllabus even in primary classes by this our child can not use old books.its my big request to goverment please asked school to dont change their syllabus all year..yeah some books can be introduce if necessary..which child can buy additionally..this year when i saw my child last year books ...it was in good condition and nobody is ready to use because they know syllabus has changed so their is no use of using old school ..so i kept in store room..while i talked to some people they told me they sell those books to raddiwala..why??dont u think ..if these can be used by some other child in the same child it will save parents money too..and books can be utilised too.although school is earning so much from fees so why it is necessary to change books all years..even it can reduce pollution too by not producing again again same thing..it will save paper 

N printing cost too..when books is important to everyone why it is not saving too...when we can reutilise it better...why school has make mandatory to buy full syllabus...when we can save it..
