snow is beneficial to economies as it can help many small businesses that rely on winter-themed events and decorations. Should we get snow it would boost the number of customers around that world. The biggest reason is that it can completely change someone's mental health should the snow cause a delay or a day off of work or school. Even a few hours of downtime to just chill to go outside and enjoy life to the fullest makes a big difference. Should we get enough signers we can change the weather. Even on a more serious note school can take a heavy toll on millions of people's mental stability.
