Children and parents are tired of having clothes taped. They also send them home. Some rules should apply but in most cases the "fix" was more distracting than the dress code that was broken. Let's make a change to the dress code so our kids can be comfortable and learn instead of being taped and sent home and told to mute their creativity and uniqueness.
