Our school district (PCSSD) is making us do required academies. This is very challenging as I will be unable to do the electives I want to do and I will be unable to accomplish things I wanted to complete. I know this is a problem other students face too. Some of us aren’t interested in any of the academies and the academies will just put more stress on us because we will have to choose an academy and have even more stress with one more required class. I understand the benefits of them, but they are just making my life harder along with other students.
