To whom this may concern,

According to the district, coaches who happen to teach in the schools in which they coach, are prioritized for positions over coaches who work outside of the school. In this case, Coach Navarro and Arriaga are at a disadvantage for this position compared to the coaches of Rich East and Central. These Rich South coaches are the best of the other two schools. They enforce discipline, increase knowledge of the sport, and help athletes progress mentally/physically and in skill level. Therefore, replacing the coaches will be a great detriment to this soccer program. These coaches created a strong bond with their team, and are considered as family. So may you please take time out of your day to sign this petition and help keep this family together.
