My idea is to have reusable cups for school lunches. At the beginning of the year, students can purchase this insulated Plainfield North cup and get unlimited drinks. The cup will be designed with a chip in the bottom that links to the students ID letting them get two drinks per day. A variety of drinks will be offered to meet the students needs. Examples could be juices, sodas, flavored water, and more.  Not only will this save our environment but will also promote school spirit. Our school should take this into consideration which will require 75 or more signatures. This can help our community and planet by reducing the amount plastic bottles, straws, and overall trash.
