Come on this is a no brainer. Biological differences are absolutely true. Biological should be the guiding criteria in sports. Not psychological. If you have to, go get genetic testing. And if a male feels like he is female go get his xenoestrogens checked!! Too many chemicals are messing up young men today and it’s not their fault!! It the fault of all the chemical making companies!!!
Disregarding hard science of biological sex is merely propaganda for mentally disturbed people. It has NO PLACE in the education system. These problems for this tiny minority of mentally disturbed people should be handled by the medical profession, not the population of the United States. Teach school subjects and you will be adminstating properly.
I was one of the many citizens who spoke out against the FLE recommendations. I certainly agree with this petition, since it seeks to protect the rights of ALL students, not just the privileged minority of students who suffer from gender dysphoria.
I am signing because education policy -- indeed all of social policy today -- has been hijacked by highly sophisticated psycho-social experts and behavioral scientists who seek to manipulate and modify human "behavior" -- with "behavior" defined as one's viewpoints, opinions, attitudes, and beliefs. For educators, this is sadly what has been deemed to be "cognitive learning," when in reality, it has NOTHING to do with standard academics or the mastery of anything related to literacy, "basics," or proficiency. Since the 1960's, our schools have intentionally morphed into "global education" factories in which the "subjects" and course materials revolve around: diversity, multiculturalism, environmental responsibility, social restructuring, situation ethics, group think v. individualism, school reform, and behavior conformity and predictability. And this new age, psyochographic "curriculum" has been neatly (and covertly) packaged and sold to Americans via state-of-the-art, direct-marketing technology -- all funded by your tax dollars. As for Family Life Education (FLE) -- better known as "Sex Ed." -- which was born out of this holy grail of social engineering, our federal, state, and local public officials and government agencies -- in complete lockstep coordination with the: behemoth teachers' unions (NEA, AFT); university departments of teacher preparation; school administrators; family life specialists; and many others.... -- have allowed the United Naitons (UN) and specifically: the UNAIDS, UNFPA, UNESCO, UNICEF, UNWomen, WHO, and Planned Parenthood, and other "stakeholders" to have full jurisdiction over providing "global and regional leadership in education (read social engineering & behavior modification) to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education for all in response to contemporary global challenges." To this end, all education policy (and social policy) has been re-focused to cater to dysfunctional and/or marginalized groups, instead of toward the backbone of society. And all of this consensus building has drowned state and local governments, schools, administrators, teachers, parents, and students in a mass of burdensome educational bureaucracy, mandates, paperwork, and misdirection -- not to mention the accompanying diagnostic testing, intrusive questionnaires, and illegal data-mining -- which has created an extremely lucrative business for many industries at the largess of the American taxpayers.
