So we have a lot of people quitting and not applying at Schnucks in our local 655 UFCW Union and a lot of us have been saying we need to raise our pay. Other companies such as Dierbergs, Target, and Walmart have a higher pay and we are one of the lowest paid employees in the area. We feel like starting a petition and spreading it around will get a lot of attention and we think by doing this, we will catch a lot of manager’s eyes and hopefully they can give us the pay we deserve as essential workers.
