Stop allowing Higher Consultants to violate the rules of the company

Scentsy is a rapidly growing company, women all over the world are now buying and selling this product. Becoming self sufficient even running their own business. There are rules about respecting other consultants in the company, and if you violate the rules, you will be removed from the company.

Unless you are Heather Clouse. She has time and time again violated the rules, but is continually allowed to remain an employee due to the large revenue she brings in through the reality stars of Teen Mom 2. She harasses other consultants, reports anyone who tries to offer help to possible customers of hers. She also has made several disparaging remarks about other consultants, even scheming to steal team members from other future directors.

And she gets away with it, because "she" makes them money.

Scentsy is not supposed to be represented this way. This company is supposed to be about empowering women to be successful, not about tearing other women down to get to the top. Heather Clouse makes this company look bad to potential consultants. It makes women think they can't be successful.

Please tell Scentsy to pay attention to the emails, the evidence, and treat Heather Clouse as though she were any other consultant, apply the rules to everyone!
