Implement a proper staff training programme

SSL staff frequently make mistakes. In no way is that an insult, or a put-down, it's just not acceptable for a Discord server with almost 10,000 members to have no complaints procedure and no staff training or interview program. I'm calling upon SSL directly to implement a rugged staff training programme, a proper complaints procedure and make it compulsory for all staff, no matter what rank.
Let me introduce myself. My name is George, or inventor02. I'm the Content Manager at Lythrim Network LLC and was (up until only a couple months ago) an Administrator at SSL itself. I am familiar with it's internal operating procedures and the way it manages SSL staff, and I can tell you they have no training programme. Whilst I was working there, a training system was being worked on, however it was never implemented, and after I was removed from the team, the chance of that happening went down even more. This could be implemented very easily, and most of the documentation and reference material is already in place.
So come on SSL, it's time to act like you run a 10,000 member server and implement proper procedures.
