The Charleston Carriage Horse Advocates claim to be advocating for humane treatment of the Charleston carriage animals.  The city of Charleston has strict regulations in place, the carriage companies take excellent care of their animals, and the city equine manager is a certified animal abuse specialist.  CCHA posts misleading and false information regarding the industry on their Facebook and Instagram accounts.  They ask for donations but no one knows exactly what they do with people's money.  If asked what are the donations for they either don't answer you or the block you.  They have blocked equine veterinarians, horse professionals, and anyone who tries to share the truth and help educate the general public about the carriage industry.  They have already been caught in a few lies and had to delete posts.  I've reported their non-profit to the secretary of state with no luck.  Maybe if we can show the investigator over charities in Columbia how many people see this as a scam he will investigate them further.  So please sign the petition so we can get their non-profit status suspended or revoked.  Thank you!
