I’m writing this today , because I am seeking help for my 23 year old uncle who is currently incarcerated in Lee county prison in South Carolina and serving 16 years , for a crime he did not commit. He was convicted of high aggravated assault , because he was in the wrong place at the wrong time , and a young lady and man’s car got shot into , but the victims stated that he had no relation or motive towards them on record in court , so he is being held for no reason , and there's proof he’s been framed by a private investigator who acted as a prosecutor just to get a conviction without any evidence to support his arrest in which he was never advised "why" he was under arrest and what for !! which is "entitled" to every "citizen" prior to being detained..we are seeking help because we know many people may have been through something similar , he has missed out on so much being away our grandmother passed and his mother my grandmother needs him !! If there is anything y’all can help us with to get him home we would gladly appreciate it !! Thank you ‼️
