An apartment complex that will add nearly 50 families from rehab facilities to a small area in a quiet neighborhood. If this is allowed our neighborhood will no longer be safe , quiet, and peaceful. The roads are also not equipped to have the additional traffic flow, much less the problems it would cause if we had to evacuate the are where there is a total of 3 two lane roads to exit, providing they are all opened. The area is too small for the amount of people and cars that they want to cram in such a small space.
