Each year, thousands of people are imprisoned for abuse of drugs and alcohol but they don't get any support to recover. Once they are released, they fall back into their old ways and then get imprisoned again. Sign this petition to allow those who are struggling to go to rehab instead of prison so that they can start over with a happy and healthy lifestyle. The MA Government needs to take action and help those who are struggling and have lost hope of rebound.
