And here we are again! A new application for the installation of a 15m 5G telecommunications mast on Walton Road, Walnut Tree.....and in an even worse position than the previous application that was withdrawn due to visual impact of the application!.

The site photos submitted to Milton Keynes Council are extremely misleading giving the impression that a large tree will help to mitigate the detrimental impact of this proposal.  At 15m, this mast will exceed the height of surrounding homes (average house height being 9m), the surrounding street furniture and the existing treeline.

Hutchison Networks has again been very disingenuous with this application and did not consult Walton Community Council as part of the pre-consultation exercise.  We found out about this application at the same time as our residents and it would not be beyond the realms of belief that they deliberately and intentionally did not inform us in order to get this application through by stealth.

Please sign the petition and hopefully we can get Milton Keynes Council to refuse the application or for Hutchison Networks Ltd to withdraw this application.
