I oppose the density being proposed without the proper infrastructure to support the initiative. Traffic is already an issue in the area. This development will have a detrimental effect to both current and future residents.

Further away from nature this city is becoming and gentrification should not be simulating culture and destroying the history it holds; while distancing human nature nuritmont, furthering natural habitat that provides natural essentials to us as human beings not limited to but natural healings holistically to all our senses. Avoiding the dilemma of inhumane behavior to extra t us from what keeps us alive and smarter mentors for our children of tomorrow.

I believe that the historically protected green space is to be valued and not destroyed by over development. Existing homes and neighbourhoods long built and valued based on the surrounding green space will be negatively impacted for existing residents for generations to come.

Green spaces... even golf courses, are too valuable. It could be converted to other green space use.

Golf courses are a waste of space.
