Another developer wants to make money at our town's expense. The proposed re-zoning at 714 Godwin Ave would put a giant 3 1/2 story building with 4 units and 10 parking spaces for low income housing. There are several variances they are filing to allow this to happen. The majority of the property is protected wetlands, the plans show no area for any families to play or 'live' besides inside their units. 

If this happens, we can expect more traffic on Godwin Ave, higher taxes (sewer, sanitation, water, garbage, recycling, electric, etc.) and lowered home values.
