Residents of 7th Ave NW and Golden Gate, in Collier County, choose to live in this area because of the space, privacy, and lifestyle afforded by the current zoning and Golden Gate Area Master Plan. We purchased our homes with the promise of low housing density and large lots. We continue to pay taxes to protect the investment that we made in a rural neighborhood that does not include high-density housing or apartment buildings. 

The signers of this petition are opposed to any zoning variance or amendment to the Golden Gate Area Master Plan that would alter the low density, large lot, community that is currently in place. 

Further, we are vehemently opposed to project PL20220001245, the Vanderbilt-Collier Multi-Family PUDZ.
