This project will effect the lake and residents in a huge way! It will reduce home values, insure additional expense to maintain the roads, put the city in a position to fund and borrow over $900,000 + to pay for the project. Which would be money used for other needed improvements.  Require the City to apply additional Policing of the area, as well as a lake management! A VOTE IN FAVOR WILL TAKE MONEY AWAY FROM PROJECTS MUCH MORE NEEDED FOR PANA!
