Countries must support its citizens, especially those who are vulnerable. If the option to choose to live in an institution exists for CIDs, appropriate accommodations and care must be available to them.

I am not saying no to institutions, they are necessary to ensure the safety of those facing strong challenges to live. BUT i am saying no to paragraph 47 in article 19. All people should have the right to live independently and be included in the community, no matter their disability. Please remove paragraph 47 or adjust it.
