As a responsible person we are driving carefully on Mumbai roads. The number of accidents happening are due to bad roads and bad traffic conditions. Then why we are forced to wear a halmet while traveling double seat on two wheeler? 2 halmet for 2 persons on bike is not an idea for our safety, rather it is a shameless efforts from officials to hide bad road conditions.
