There is a parcel of land with a total of 9 acres being sold to a developer for a 26 lot community next to Devenger Pointe which is proposed to be called “Pelham Crossings”

 The developer wants to connect our neighborhood to his new community so he can have access to Devenger Road and Pelham (2 access points). Currently, Devenger Pointe only has one entrance and exit from Devenger Road and we like it that way. The residents here enjoy the peace and quiet enjoyment with many of families with young children play in the streets and cul-de-sacs. This also appears to be for more profit as this would allow the developer to build 3 more homes in the new proposed community. 

All of the residents of Devenger Pointe have no issue with there being a new community we just don’t think it’s necessary for the developer to connect and we want to fight it.
