Dvora management is forcing The Art House residents to use their new CARGO package service which limits residents access to their own property. Residents have not been given a choice to opt out of this service despite some real concerns, i.e. allowing people into your apartment, inconvenient pick up time and location and medication deliveries that are not marked as medication.
