To the Regents of the University of Minnesota:

Preserve Historic Dinkytown is sponsoring a petition to the Regents of the University
of Minnesota to encourage them to form or join a community-based committee to

 generate a plan to preserve Gray’s Drugs in Dinkytown as a community center.
