The City's unlimited, illegal issuance of permits to operate short term vacation rentals in Tybee's residential neighborhoods (zoning districts R-1, R-1-B and R-2) has harmed and, if not controlled, will ruin our neighborhoods.

Each of the undersigned urges the City to act NOW to preserve our neighborhoods if not by outright prohibition of STVRs in its neighborhoods, then at least by limiting the number of STVRs in the neighborhoods to a small, manageable amount which the City will be able to regulate effectively.
