Top Shelf Poker Room has been illegally shutdown and raided by Smith County for being an illegal business. We are a legally owned and registered business with the county and state of Texas. We have been in business for over 5 years now and are a member of our local chamber of commerce. We operate the same as any other legal social club in Texas. We pay our monthly state and local sales tax like any other business. Our petition is to stop all illegal seizure and raids of all legal card rooms in the state of Texas. Contact Smith County DA’s office  and/or Jacob Putman for the immediate release of all our players’ money, local non-profit money, assets, and all equipment. Please allow us to continue raising money for our community, local non-profits, and for our families.
