This vile women has been seen on numerous occasions beating, kicking and punching her dog. She has been stopped many times in public places yelling and smacking this poor dog. Neighbour’s have reported of this dog barking, yelping and being shouted at on many occasions and still nothing has been done. This poor baby had cuts on his paws that are bleeding. I have finally caught this vile abuser on camera and reported to poilce and RSPCA but they have no concern for its welfare. This dog is was frightened and he was getting pulled and yanked at by the neck for smelling. This lady had no control of this dog and took her frustration for her lack of training out on this poor baby by physically abusing him! This was just one of many occasions that have been seen in public, who knows what she doing behind closed doors
