Why this petition matters

Started by Linda Katzki

Wildlife Rehabilitation Center of Northern Utah provides people throughout the region with a place to bring sick, injured, or orphaned wildlife in need of aid. The mission is to rehabilitate and release wildlife back into its natural habitat and educate our community.
Since their inception in 2009, they have treated over 34,000 wildlife patients with the help of 195,050 volunteer hours.
They are being evicted from their current location. It will get bulldozed to add parking for the neighboring George S. Eccles Dinosaur Park. They were given an unrealistic deadline to vacate. Let's hope this reaches the right heart to either change this decision or find a new, permanent location. Without a change these animals will have to be euthanized simply for a parking lot!
