The North End Neighbourhood will be negatively impacted by the addition of a 45 storey tower on Pier 8.  The proposed development involved plans for low rise condo units that would not exceed 6-8 storeys.  This new proposal will continue to include the low rise condo units with the addition of a 45 storey tower which will create excessive population density and traffic congestion.  Join with us to let developers and city council know that we are not in support of the proposed tower and do support the original development plans.
