Save the USPS

The United States Postal Service employs over 500,000 people and is the #1 employer of veterans.

Donald Trump has rejected a bill that would save it from running out of money in September.

Two bills sitting on Mitch McConnell's desk that could significantly help the USPS are:

H.R.6800 - The Heroes Act includes 25 billion allocated to the USPS

H.R. 2382 - This bill repeals the requirement that the U.S. Postal Service annually prepay future retirement health benefits.

A new bill is being introduced as well:

H.R.8015 -This bill prohibits the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) from making changes to operations or levels of service from those that were in effect on January 1, 2020.
