Plastic bags - a useful thing to carry your groceries or a killer?

Plastic bags are the main killer of turtles - believe it or not they kill over 1000 turtles every year!

Turtles think plastic bags are jellyfish when they go on their daily hunt.  they see what they believe to be a jellyfish and they go to take a bite.  By then it's too late as they realize they are suffocating on plastic.

So all I want is for people to not buy single use plastic bags and to use reusable bags.

If we get enough signatures on this petition then I will send it to the Minster for the Environment and ask him for a stop to all plastic.
