The Skylark Weatherspoon’s pub has historic ties to the area and is an asset to the local community. It is one of only a few pubs remaining that serve real ale and good food at a reasonable price.

Such a huge loss would be significant with only the George in George Street and Foxley Hatch in Purley open to serve real ale (which supports local breweries) Write to JD Weatherspoon and voice your opposition to the closure of this fine pub.

If public opinion is strong then we can change the decision to stop the pub becoming a High Street retail shop.
