The 210 acre open space property (965 Los Alamos Road) is listed for sale and is poised for subdivision development.

Our goal is to work collaboratively with the City of Santa Rosa and Sonoma County to preserve this land as a buffer for wildfire safety.

During the Glass Fire the land was used to perform back fires which slowed the spread of the fire into the community.
