If the owners are already not law abiding why are they being allowed to go forth with these plans? It sounds sketch to me and an investigation would not hurt.

Because I grew up at sharks cove and remember when it was still thriving. It’s dying from more visitors than this area can handle. Beach stinks like coconut sunscreen and a mall will only serve tourists and accelerate this sanctuary’s decline. I will have to avoid this area I grew up in just like I now avoid haleiwa because it’s overrun. Don’t forget about the goose with the golden egg.
