Nayional Assembly Deputy Speakeron Sunday, April 3rd, 2022 dismissed the no confidence motionsubmotted against the Prime Minister teeming it violation of Article 5 of the constitution and termed it contradictory to the constitution. What he did was not only misapplication of the article but the use of this article by the government was malicious, blatant and a bid to hold onto power which  no lnger belongs with it. This has put democratic process in quandary. As responsible, law abiding citizens we urge the Supreme Court of Pakistan to restore the constitution in its true spirit.
