News & Upcoming #SaveBlueBookSaturday on July 4th, 2020

In case you have missed David O´Leary`s Instagram live chat with Danny Manus here is what David was able to share with us for the moment:

"I wish I could share that there is any like real news ... all I can say is that the fight does continue. It´s a very hard time to shop a show ... what I can say is this: Our studio remains committed to trying to find a home for Project Blue Book. Our non-writing producers they remain committed helping us find a home for it. Our fans have been amazing, we have over 15.000 signatures on our #SaveBlueBook camapaign. This kind of stuff gets noticed."

#SaveBlueBookSaturday

Once more we all did a fantastic job last Saturday.

Our Social Media Reach has increased from 191.000 to 381.000. Social media reach is the estimated number of people that could have had contact with social media mentions containing #SaveBlueBook. Social Media Reach is based on the number of authors talking about #SaveBlueBook in social media, the number of followers / subscribers / friends and the typical visibility for the selected networks.

The next #SaveBlueBookSaturday is scheduled for July, 4th at 5:00pm EDT on Twitter again. Our target will be Fox Television!

Targeting our actions toward Fox TV on July 4th has a certain background of course. Fox Television was the former home of The X-Files. It`s a great opportunity to create some nice Project Blue Book / X-Files cross-over memes. Let us see your creativity!

As done before we need to tweet, as many as we can. With your account you can tweet 100 tweets per hour, 1.000 per day in total, that´s the limit.

Please prepare yourself, compose your tweet, make sure #SaveBlueBook is typed in there, attach your artwork, videos, etc. if you can. If you’ve got space, please add #ProjectBlueBook, too.

The most important is to use #SaveBlueBook and tag @FoxTV.

We would like to get it done in the same time period, again. But if you can’t do that, just tweet. Every tweet counts and is important.

We’ll meet again at 5:00pm EDT on Saturday, July 4th on Twitter.

To tweet at the same time all together please have a look at the specific time frames for most major cities below:

Saturday, July 4th, 5:00pm EDT:

Los Angeles 2:00pm

Mexico City 4:00pm

New York 5:00pm

Sao Paulo 6:00pm

London 10:00pm

Berlin / Rome 11:00pm

Moscow 12:00pm

Sunday, July 5th:

Hong Kong 5:00am

Tokyo 6:00am

Sydney 7:00am

Twitter users:

By using a mobile device for Twitter, what most people do, you can create your tweet and save it as draft. Going back creating a new tweet you will have the option in the upper right corner to access drafts again and send your tweet immediately.

If you would like to schedule your tweets you can do it using a web browser only. Please see the description below:

1. Compose your tweet

2. Schedule your tweet so the date is July 4th and the time is 5:00pm (or close to it) EDT. Click 'confirm'

3. You’ll be sent back to the tweet, which you can then exit

4. If you want to check, just click on 'unseen tweets' in upper right corner (or start a new tweet and you’ll see unseen tweets)

5. Confirm time/date and then back out. You’re all set

Instagram users:

Please make your posts, encourage anybody who visits to post on Saturday 5pm EDT, aswell. If you have more than 10k followers on Instagram you are also able to share swipe up links in your story.

For any questions about the campaign you can contact me on Twitter @Carsten1186 - I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Many thanks again for your all your on-going support! Please stay safe and see you on social media this Saturday!
