To the Members of Poolville ISD school board. The resident members of Poolville are representing the undersign petition asking for the removal of Jeffrey Wayne Kirby as the Superintendent of Poolville ISD for the abuse of power and lack of general concern for the students of Poolville. We made a mistake of letting him in, we can fix our mistake by voting him out. This man has no respect or love for our kids or our community. His statement about wanting a relationship for and with the students is false. He doesn't even take the time to hear them out. If he doesn't agree with it, he isn't listening. His statement "their thoughts and opinions don't matter" is a huge concern when you are at the top of administration. You have to set the right example for those below you and what does this mean for the ones he is to hire. This is a scary thought for what future teachers in our district could be like.  Not only were his words loud but also being his actions the day the kids protested so they could be heard. His lack of concern and respect for our kids is alarming and he needs to be removed from our district.
