Government of India has decided to Ban manufacturing, stocking and Sale of Plastic Disposable Glass, cups and cutlery from 1st, July,2022.

Over 1000 msme industries are engaged in production of such products and providing livelihood to millions of Indian people.

Goverment in not providing with any alternative and is not listening to these small industries which have taken huge bank loans.

In the regard of above subject we would like to share following suggestions against ban on Plastic disposable items:

1. All of our products are above 100% recyclable, food grade & more than defined thickness.
 

2. Plastic carry bags >120 microns, Packeged drinking water bottle of 210 ml is being allowed by the government and are not considered in ban category of SUP , same criteria can be fixed for our products as well.

3. There would be mass unemployment as disposable industry provide millions of jobs across India and thousands of manufacturing units will have to shut their operations.

4. At least a time period of 2 years should be given , so that we can repay our bank liabilities and shift in other business.
