Pine Island is a beautiful island just off the Coast of Fort Meyers, Florida. The island and its residents took a direct hit from Ian. At this point, five days after hurricane Ian made landfall, there have been zero efforts to help those living on the island. #FEMA is claiming the island is uninhabitable and that there are only 200-300 people on the island. In fact, there are 2,000+ and their lives and homes are at stake.
