There is a housing crisis in Pembrokeshire and there has been for some time now. The situation is not looking like it will improve any time soon.

Dr Alex George has 4 holiday homes, 1 of which is being used to house Ukrainian refugees which is admirable. However, the other 3 homes are only being used as holiday homes and this is making the housing situation worsen. 

The current extra tax for second homes is clearly not working and urgent action needs to be taken by the Welsh Government and Westminster. 

Please share this petition and together hopefully more can be done to allow people to buy a property in Pembrokeshire that they can live in all year round.
