Petition Closed

When NY of Mellon needed help, it got $3 Billion in bailout. But when people need help, this bank, which has been charged with foreclosure related fraud, they foreclose and evict instead. Negotiate in good faith with Patricia Hill!

Letter to
New York of Mellon Bank
I just signed the following petition addressed to: New York of Mellon Bank.

----------------
Negotiate in good faith so Patricia Hill in Chicago, IL can keep her home

When New York of Mellon Bank needed help, taxpayers gave you $3 Billion in bailout. Now some of us need help.

Patricia Hill of Chicago, IL was in negotiations with NY Mellon for a principle reduction when you foreclosed on the house right from under her. Now Ms. Hill, a retired police officer and John Neuman, the Iraqi war vet she rents to, are facing homelessless.

I am writing to urge you to stop the eviction and negotiate, in good faith, with Patricia Hill and the Chicago Anti-Eviction Campaign, so that Patricia can stay in her home.

Sincerely,
