Jewel Golf Course was recently sold to an outside buyer who plans to put 124 detached condos on both sides of Genesee Road and Perry Road. These detached condos will be 1600 sq feet and poorly constructed to sale fast. This will drastically increase the traffic on Bella Vista, Perry Rd, and Genesee Road, turning this into a traffic disaster. We oppose this and need 5000 signatures to agree with us in order to save the integrity of our community.
