ORTO has been one of, if not the main attraction of Yishun over the years where people have enjoyed the numerous activities that can be done there. It welcomes people of all ages from children to the old where they can relax and have fun, not to mention GUI which has provided an amazing opportunity for us to reconnect with the simpler things in life.
It’s a place that gives Yishun its character, both in the day and night, and it would be a big loss if it was taken away as it is one of the few such sites in a heartland area in Singapore. We ask that the Singaporean government reconsiders it’s development plans and allow ORTO to stay where it is.
