To progress in life is every individuals basic right. Airlines in India in connivance with DGCA India frame rules to exploit pilots. DGCA receive money/bribe from these Airlines and publish rules and CARs always favoring  the operators. Inhuman FDTL jeopardizing safety, accumulated fatigue jeopardizing lives, unstable schedule/roster which can be changed anytime. Pilot threatened od dire consequences if changes are refused. 6 months notice period if pilot wants to give rid of slavery and leave these unethical companies. Harassment and exploitation by operator once Pilot resigns. Refusing to certify flying hours and log books. Breach of employment contracts by Airlines. DGCA not verifying lisences of pilots on behest of Airlines and due to wide spread corruption. 

Which job will wait for a pilot, for 6 months? Why minimum rest between flights? Why no stability in roster? Why verification of Pilot License still not Automated despite EGCA has been implemented? Why DGCA not ready to give up corrupt sarkari Babu culture? Why Regulator favoring Airlines all the time? 

No one to address grievances of Pilots. Request Aviation Minister to hold open house twice every month to listen to grievances of pilots and other aviation employees. To have a separate agency to save pilots from clutches of Airlines and DGCA
