FREX is important to folks who have to work in Denver but choose to live in the Springs. These are citizens who pay taxes here, support our schools and local business, and are our friends and neighbors. Council has underestimated both the ridership factor and the economic values of keeping FREX going, as well as the social and environmental benefit of the FREX system.
