We the people of Dunedin, the few who are still here and those who have recently come here did not choose this town because of its monstrous condominiums and gargantuan houses. We are calling on the Dunedin City Commission to put an end to the gentrification and overdevelopment that is an existential threat to the quality of life in this town. No longer can the majority of Dunedin residents live, and work here. Every day there's another out-of-place large home being built. We are here to say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! Protect the integrity of our neighborhoods. ENFORCE THE CODES THAT WE HAVE. Most importantly, we are calling on the commission to listen to residents more than consultants.
